In earlier free online diets posts, I've continuously stated the importance of consistency when attempting to diet. It's important that you diet consists of the same nutritional value on a daily basis. You can't expect free diet programs to successfully help you lose weight without that consistency.

And that's why consistency is main strategy in the third step to my free online diet plans. Most people don't have the time to eat a healthy, consistent diet. One day they'll eat 2000 calories, the next 3000. One day they'll eat a lot in the morning the next they'll more in the afternoon. This eating structure is the primary cause of why so many gain weight.

So if it isn't corrected, there is no way to successfully use any of my free online diets. Now it might seem difficult to you especially if you are a busy bug, however it only takes a little change and some discipline.

The best part of this step of my free diet programs is that you won't really be eating any less. All I'm asking is that you eat a consistent amount of calories, fat and carbs each and everyday. So for a couple of days, try to keep track of your nutritional value to see what your normal diet is.

Then, average the numbers over those days and that will be your new diet structure. And all you have to do is stay around those numbers. That's how easy this step of my free online diet plans is. Do this for a week, and then you'll be ready to start the real diet. Also, don't be surprised if you see some pounds drop during this time.


So to summarize this free online diets step, calculate your nutritional value for 2-3 days. If you eat out, you can look them up online. Then average those numbers to find what your new diet structure will be. Follow this diet structure for the next week.
